Firstly - we would both like to say a massive thank you to your efforts with poetry this past two weeks. As teachers we were so proud of the efforts of the children and enjoyed viewing the videos this week. Everyone participated and it was just fantastic.
Next week we are moving on to look in more depth at Historical Stories having started to study 'The Prince and the Pauper' this week. Towards the end of the week will will be looking at writing a descriptive piece of work linked to the home learning. As a result, the home learning has been 'flipped' this week to allow the children to really engage in the video found on the home learning page. It would be valuable to discuss the story and talk through some language you could use to describe the scene. There are some useful tips below the video for parents...(see home learning page)
