This week's learning
The children have been busy again this week looking at Persuasive writing in English and they managed to write their own piece about protecting the rainforests. In Maths they have been looking at shapes and their properties including circles. In science we looked at plants with nutrient deficiencies and had to decide on which nutrient was missing in each plant. This was a very exciting activity in the lab. In out topic we continued looking at the importance of rainforests to all of us and how we can protect them. The children were also practicing for their class Assembly.
Next week's learning
Next in Maths we shall be moving on to data handling. And in English we shall continue with persuasive writing including some up levelling of their work. In Science we shall continue to discussing about the nutrients that are found in the soil. In topic we shall continue to discuss how rainforests have been affected by human activities.
