This week's learning
It has been another busy week with children working hard in all areas. They continued looking at equivalent fractions and fractions of numbers in Maths. In English they have been introduced to dilemmas in stories and they have been able to write a story from another person's point of view. In our topic we have discussed how to prepare for a disaster.
Next week's learning
Because we only have two days and one of them is a National day, we plan to continue with fractions of amounts in Maths and making of a volcano in Science. In English the children will dramatize telling stories from different view points.
Star of the week
This week, Bilal Arnaout has won the trophy and certificate for the 'Star of the week' for his improvement in attention and concentration in class. Well done Bilal.
Key messages/dates
Next week we are in school for only two days, that is Sun 30th November and Mon 1st December. 1st December will be our National Day celebration in school.
